I want my refund

I made an online purchase of the 50/50 9 piece bucket on the 26th of June 2023,money was deducted from my account but the order didn’t go through,I immediately called them to enquire and they told me they have a problem with online purchases but they refund me,I called in 3 days later again they said it’s takes 7-14 working days then I waited till today I still don’t have my refund,I called in again on the 26 of July 2023 a month later to ask about my refund the lady who was assisting me she said she’ll escalate it to finance department and she’ll get back to me,till this day I still haven’t received my or refund or any feedback from kfc online..it’s so unprofessional for such a big company to be unable to refund me R90.00
