I want my money since you didn't give me the food I.ordered and paid for

Orderd food on the KFC app. Paid.got confirmation that order was collected.waited almost an hour for the delivery guy to call me as I wrote clear instruction to be called when the driver is at tge gate.got NO calls. An hour later some1 from kfc calls and says "driver couldn't find you". I tell her driver didn't call. She told me to call uber east and claim my money. Asked why would I call uber eats and pay for delivery again when tge driver disnt tell me he was at the gate.she dropped the call.I called the number & no 1 answered.I.paid for food+delivery.didn't get the food&kfc lady was so rude&shouting. I want my money.
