I want my money back !!!

Not sure why there is no zero for a rating . I have never in my life seen such lack of care !!! Even when calling the customer service the lady we spoke to just keeps quiet and puts the phone down with my airtime that I used ! I still call her back Dikeledi and it’s shocking that they even say calls are recorded yet they still give horrible service which means it’s just recorded and they are not trained on giving good service.

I placed an online order on Tuesday and the order was confirmed and later it was cancelled with no reason and I couldn’t get my money back . What is this ?!?
