I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I’m so ****ed off with the service I’ve received KFC…. I placed an order on Thursday 02-03-2023 at 12:05am. I waited for my order for over an hour(13:12) when I then decided to call the call centre asking them for my order, I was told KFC gateway does not have enough drivers hence why the delivery took forever. I then had to join a meeting at 13:15 which was also gonna take some time, my phone is now on silence and I see missed call at 13:42 … I try reaching back to this number at 13:54 and I was told that the driver was here to deliver my meal and now his just left. So I asked the lady what shall I do now cause I had ordered almost two hours ago, my meal was delivered when I was very much occupied and she said I should call KFC Gateway cause the meal has been returned to store and why did I decide to call back so late cause the driver wasn’t going to wait for me. I told her that I was busy at that as I am at work and it’s not my fault that everything was delayed. She then repeated herself and said call the store cause the driver left your food and the store, she dropped the call. When I search for KFC store number it gives me the call centre number.. I decided to wait on the call and told the gentleman my story and he said he will call the store, I waited in the line up until he was done. He said the has my meal therefore I should go to the store. I sent someone to the store and when they returned they mentioned that the manager said I cancelled the order so if I need the meal I need to place another order. No refund was given nor a voucher. I called again and now everyone is saying something different. I decided to go to the store yesterday 04-03-2023 and the manger said she will log a report and I should receive a call from the Delivery call centre team and there’s nothing they can help me with. Today is the 3rd day and still nothing from KFC team, if I don’t call nobody will… I just want my money back cause this company is full of ****.
