I want my money!!!

So I used KFC online to order a burger, I paid online when I went to KFC my order was not there the ladies there were so helpful they checked for me but when I checked on my banking app my money went to KFC in Cape Town again they couldn't track my order because I didn't get an order number or confirmation sms or email. I called KFC a numerous times and I emailed them till today no reply no help. KFC has a very bad service if it's not rotten meat it's stinking attitudes. I want my money!!!
