I WANT MY MONEY

I'm so mad writing this review. On the 30th of October I placed an order on the KFC app and payed as my bank card is linked, I then got a message confirming my order. +- 30 minutes I got another message informing that the delivery its on its way, in less than 5 minutes I got a message confirming that I have received the order. I then went outside thinking there must be some error but to my surprise there is no delivery guy

I phoned the store(East London Market Square) a guy told me that he will get back to me as he is double checking with the driver, I then waited for 45 minutes for the response until I decided to phone the store again, the lady told me that the store can't help me because I placed my order online and there is nothing she can do to help me

I then phone the delivery care line and my line got cut off before I was assisted, mind you it's almost 8 pm at night. I then went on live chat on the app, they gave me a voucher to place another order. I was struggling to place the order as the app only gave me an option to collect at the store only. It was not convenient for me to go to the store at night because iam not mobile so I slept on an empty stomach

The following day I phoned them and requested for a refund and I was told to expect my refund with 14-21 days. On the 16th of November I had not received my refund I called again and I was assisted by a guy name Vuyani, I was shocked to learn that there was no refund logged for me. He offered a voucher and I told him that I do not want anything from KFC but my money and he said he logged a refund and I will get an SMS and an email confirming that. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY EMAIL OR MESSAGE CONFIRMING MY REFUND, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE BY PAYING ONLINE. KFC IS A ****, IAM SO MAD THAT NOW I HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND I DONOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE DRIVER SAID I GOT MY ORDER YET HE KNOWS VERY WELL THAT HE NEVER DELIVERED ANYTHING. IT'S THE 1ST OF DECEMBER NO MONEY NO PHONE CALL NO EXPLANATION. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM KFC EVER AGAIN
