I want a refund

I used their online services in march this year I bought a 5 piece ,1.5ml coke and 2 add hopes it was R109 in total and i received nothing .I called they later that night and they just told me their system were offline .The next day I contacted their Facebook site and place my complaint the lady said she'll get back to me I am still waiting. Last week I contacted their Instagram site and send all the conversations I had with their customer service lady and again no reply from them aswell .I get want my money back.
