I visited KFC Jane Furse and the toilets were locked, currently i am at KFC Lebowakgomo and its the same

I visited KFC Jane Furse and the toilets were locked, currently i am at KFC Lebowakgomo and its the same. Is a norm at KFC to lock their toilets for ***** valued customers, if its water issue what are they cooking with, they have water to run the business that we support but no water to us customers, who brings the money? Maybe its time we stay away.
