I purchased a streetwise 3 from kfc San Ridge Mall on Midrand

I purchased a streetwise 3 from kfc San Ridge Mall on Midrand. At the office, I opened the meal to discover the chicken was old and dry. I contacted customer services, who first escalated to the wrong store. I then contacted customer services again and informed them they escalated to the incorrect store. I have no feedback since I also lodged a complaint on the kfc app. I called in this morning and spoke to a lady who told me I am welcome to go complain on social media, hello Peter and I can go and strike outside kfc. I asked to chat with a supervisor and was told there is no supervisor. The phone was then put down on me. I called back and spoke to Thando, who just slammed the phone down on me. This is terrible customer service. We utilize our lunch break to go and purchase a meal and then can't enjoy the meal.
