I ordered on the kfc website as guest

I ordered on the kfc website as guest. My payment went through however no confirmation email or sms has come through. Tried phoning kfc bayview directly and had no answer whatsoever. Called customer care and no one could assist me. The order is non existent,the money is gone and i have no food to eat.
