I Need my Refund Please

I places an online order using KFC app on the 6tg of March and the driver could not deliver. My order got canceled and KFC promised a refund within 7 days and it has been over 14 days now. Inwent to the store and I did not get assisted, this was KFC Market Street in Polokwane
