I need an apology

I went to KFC on the 20/02/19 to buy 9 piece.I've asked Smangele not to put a wing on my meal and she did intentionally. When I've asked her to take it out she kept me waiting and kept my order aside for couple of minutes. When she returned my order it was not sealed and I went home, when I get home I open the food and guess what the wing was there. It is so sad that when their friends come for their meal they get bigger pieces that they want because they brought them some pleasure while I as a customer I'm bringing business without pleasure. Any other KFC in white community you get the best services ever: for example Davenport , Musgrave and Florida Morningside.Where there is black community only , you only get the worst service ever with attitude as if they are doing us a favour. And it is not the first time KFC @ Russell Street Durban doing this. Who ever is the owners will need to make some changes before people loose their jobs due to bad service.
