I haven't received reinstated Wicode code

I’m send an email to inquire about my digital voucher via KFC email address even going there in person but I get ignored. I had been gifted a digital voucher at work as a birthday gift, On the 23 June 2024 I had to ordered at the KFC branch in Mdantsane Mall City using the KFC app and checking out with the WiCode. I had requested for the order to be delivered to my house and everything went well but then 2 minutes later I received a message stating that there are no drivers and my voucher will be re instated with 7 -14 working days. Now I have a problem… since I haven’t gotten the voucher message, since the 23 June to2024
