I have never seen such poor, ridiculous, pathetic service in my life

I went to KFC Wilrogate yesterday at about 5, served by the most rude lady by the name of Mathapelo, I asked her what I wanted, after she had taken the money and order, my son decided that he also wants kfc, so I asked her nicely that I now wanted to have something else, she said but she just opened her till and already she needs to reverse payment, I was like...well I have decided to change my mind, she didn't look happy at all and told her that I am entitled to change order, it is my right, it has happened before and never had a problem, she just said...well you are exercising your right at the wrong place, the lady who is the manager was there and never said a word. That was the most disgusting service I have ever experienced. KFC does not need staff with an "I don't care attitude", because they wouldn't do that if it was their own business, we are not there to ask for your food for free, we pay damn good money. The service there is extremely slow, already when you get to the ladies taking orders, you are already ****ed, and on top of that the staff is ridiculiousy rude, the manager is to blame as much as Mathapelo for acting so unprofessional. They both doesn't deserve to be there. If you ever see me there, please shoot me, and I will make sure I let everyone I know never to set foot in that place. Rather drive 3 extra km's to westgate then to buy from people who never appreciates business. That was pathetic, disgusting, sickening.
