I have made an online order which they promise to deliver in 30 minutes time from the time one makes an order. Today I have made an order at 15:45 and it is now 18:02 and the order is not yet delivered. The drive from Phola mall to where I stay is 10 to 15 minutes drive but it took them more than 2 hours to deliver. I tried to get them on call around 16:30 and they told me the order is out. That order was supposed to be my late lunch, now I don't know what I will do with those food. Now the worst part is, when I call the call does not go through, it bibs and drops.
