I have had it with this branch

Good Morning, I have encountered endless amounts of bad service at your KFC N1 City Branch but today was just the cherry on top and forces me to not support this branch. Firstly, I waited extremely long before receiving meal. Secondly, the chicken was below the average size. Thirdly, the Fanta tasted like soda water. Also, the staff in the drive thru shout at each as if it is no one business there?? I called in shortly after I got home to inform the " Manager " of the terrible experience I received and was told to return back to store to replace the meal. After returning to store, I was told the meal could not be replaced as I had not brought in the meal back. Was I suppose to starve my family for a longer period of time because of a mistake one of branches made? ALSO, I was not told to return the meal. I wasted my time and a good amount of petrol for a replacement cooldrink. Like really, What are you gonna do about it? I am at the point of complaining of all pages possible. I will not return to this store and I do expect compensation. Awaiting your urgent response.
