I hardly complain but what i saw today was unbearable

Was at Kfc Garankuwa and received the worst service ever. What happened i would not wish it on mt worst enermy. I just had to compose myself in order to make my sons birthday worthwhile if it wasnt for that i could have just left. I even received an order which was not complete
