I had to wait for food which I ordered online 40 mins before i got to the kfc in Parow mall

So I ordered 7 wrapsta boxes, a streetwise 2 and 10 zinger wings for collection.. When I got to the restaurant I was told I only ordered 3 wrapsta boxes and the streetwise 2 with the 10 dunked wings..

I then showed them the order and it took them another 15 mins to make the extra 4 wrapsta boxes.. I specifically ordered online for collection because I only have 30 mins lunch at work and had to waste 15 mins of that waiting for an order that I did online.

This was very unfair and i couldn't even enjoy my lunch.. I even left my desk 10 mins before so i could get the food before my actual lunch started..

I must say I am really unhappy with this and will probably never order at this KFC again
