I encountered a problem with my order this morning

I encountered a problem with my order this morning. The manager informed me that head quarters acccept orderes on their behalf. When I called the customer line, Itunmeleng placed me on hold for over 5min to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor Busi blamed the store for the error and said there is no one else I can escalate my complaint to accpet her. This is unacceptable customer care. I placed an online order drove to the store waiting 20min as manager explained the process drove back home spent another 45min with customer care only to hear I can't further escalate this issue as only 1 person who is Busi can help and she can't do anything else.
