I dont want to waste my youth in your drive through

Why does the drive through take so long in the lenasia trade route branch. I will tell you why. You have absolutely no concept on customer service or business management. I have never been able to go through the lenasia drive through in under 25 minutes. I think the staff have bets with each other to see how pong they can make customers wait. I detest your service. I will no longer be spending my money in your establishment.
