I didn't receive my order

I placed an order via uber eats with KFC lion pride. I specifically wrote gate access code on the instruction. I tried to call the driver,but he didn't answer my calls. I went to KFC lion pride. Unfortunately the management didn't want to take the blame,but it is KFC that is in partnership with uber eats.
