I did not get my order

I made an order at KFC Stellenbosch about 30-45 minutes later I went to pick my order up and there was no order. I was told that I should have informed them that I will be returning for my order puzzled I asked, why I have never done that? And still it remained that I should have told them because they sold all the meat that was left. It was load shedding when I went back and the store was about to close but the staff was still there. They ended up giving me my money back but I am not happy because I made an order purposely if I wanted money I would have withdrawn it. They took the receipt but my order number was 2667. and this was Friday 24/03/2023.
