I demand a full refund

I bought food last month from KFC OLIEVENHOUTBOS, I logged a complaint that there were food items missing. Someone from customer service called me and connected me to the store and they promised to have the food delivered and guess what I'm still waiting. This has been the most sickening and appalling service ever. I was ****** basically because I never got a refund nor my food
