I called KFC Savanna Mall Polokwane at around 14:55 to make an order for collection. I ordered 3 x large pops meals with large chips and buddies. The guy who was on the move asked how far I was, I said I was passing Moria in Boyne. He said they will start preparing my meal at 15:05 so I will find it still fresh. When I got to KFC Savanna Mall Polokwane, my order was not ready. I asked, they said I need to pay and wait for it to be prepared. I was now confused cause I already ordered. They said even if you ordered via call you still need to queue pay and wait for the order 👀. I said If I still need to wait another 20 minutes for them to prepare my order I rather pass cause I will just be wasting time as I was driving to Johannesburg. When I said I’m leaving, that’s when they said the pops are ready. The lady who was assisting to pay was even looking at me snacks.
