I am still waiting for my money

On the 14th Dec 2017, I bought a meal consisting of streetwise two pap and zinger wings for R57.80 at the main reef branch opposite Makro. I used my debit card to buy the food and i was told the transaction didn't go through. Ithen used cash to buy the food. I told them specifically that on my statement it reflects as successful. They informed me that it will take 24 hours to reverse back into my account. it's the 19th and i still didn't get my money back....
