I absolutely love KFC but the service is appalling to say the least! Today I was disappointed yet again by the same branch for the same reason. I work for a company that thrives on customer care and I was taught the following \down to 4, order more\"<br> So KFC, when I visit and I want the KitKat krusher, DON'T tell me you have no more KitKat crumbles to make my krusher!!!!! Did you only realise that when I ordered?! If so, how come every time I go and order the SAME thing do I get the SAME answer?!<br> Very disappointed!!!"
