Firstly, KFC Kyalami. Wow... A company that still believes in customer service. Every single time I go there, i get greeted with a smile, the service is always fantastic. Thank you. Please keep it up.<br> <br> The KFC Vorna Valley, after my complaint last week, i received the best response. A sincere apology from the manager, Mary, and she reassured me that there would be improvements made, which I have since seen.<br> <br> Thank you.<br>
