I AM EXTREMELY DISGUSTED

kfc had a special, 12pc for R99.00 which i purchased yesterday I fully understand the store was busy and they advised that the wait will be 12-20 min for the chicken to be ready however I waited 1.5 hrs for my order,when I asked for my order the ladies at the front was extremely rude and advised that we will get our order WHEN IT IS READY,in a very bad tone. I fully understand you have a special and its busy but why have a special and not prepare for a busy period??? but this is not my main complaint ,when I went hope to my family with the chicken i found that the same type of pieces of chicken was inserted for example 5 pc of the drumstick,further to that THE CHICKEN SEEMED PRECOOKED AND WAS NOT GOLDEN BROWN ON THE OUTSIDE RATHER IT WAS VERY WHITE AND PALE ON THE OUTSIDE YET ALONE EXTREMELY SOFT AND OILY.tHE BONE INSIDE THE CHICKEN WAS PINK IN COLOUR,I CAN EASILY SAY THAT THE CHICKEN WAS NOT COOKED PROPERLY . i had to revert to other resorts for supper leaving my family hungry with the long wait I am a very dissatisfied loyal customer to kfc and I will never ever recommend KFC TO ANYONE.I have been put off!
