Hygine and service non existant

I had the misfortune of Visiting this KFC last night (9PM) again after multiple complaints about them. The place was severely under staffed so I remained patient and placed the order. From what I could gather there was several cars queing in the drive through and customers in the front. The manager I believe was DUMA hid out in his office, As the manager he should have seen the bad reaction from clients that actually walked out and maybe tried to assist with the orders instead of sitting in his office. Secondly, after almost a 20/30 minute wait I caught a glimpse of the food preparation area, There was a gentle working/making my kids food. I was totally discussed and at this point beyond angry, He was working with the food, with his bare hands after a quick swipe of his knose. what happened to HACCP. I just took the food and went else where to purchase other food.<br> Atleast my dogs had a KFC meal. After this the only place KFC will have in my yard will be the dog bowl.<br>
