Hygiene issues

I bought a meal with a soft twirl and the soft twirl was givenn to me without the wrapping paper at the bottom and with no serviet. I returned it, but the next person to now help me took out the cone from a plastic bag with their bare hands and then put the wrapper and when i tried to ask why they do it like that and if it does not then defeat the purpose, she got defensive and started telling me she can give my money back...i insisted i wanted the ice cream but i js ddnt appreciate how it was prepares and my common sense told me its wrong...i called the helpline but unfortunately Amanda did not seem to think there was a problem as their employees dont use gloves, but she couldnt answer me if that meant employee that helped me at the till must come touch a cone that i am going to eat with her hands.
