Hungry and disillusioned. KFC Meadowdale.

24 hour store. Arrived at 20h45 Friday night 15 Dec with grandmother, family and children for a quick bite. Waited 10 min for counter service as no one present. Then a further 45min with no food. Complained to a helpful guy on careline and got money refunded but no food as "waiting for chicken to cook". Received sms next day, ref 337500, and nothing since. Complained to careline, they don't contact customer as this is their new procedure, only sms and they take it up with the store. Dead end: No customer service, reduced customer loyalty and no customer retention plan = no repeat business. Very sad experience overall at this store. Will rather drive to Benoni.
