Humiliated at KFC

I have just been at the KFC in MTN taxi rank and i want to say that I have never in my life been this humiliated. I was meeting a friend of mine there since we had to go somewhere and figured KFC would be the safest place for us to meet. She arrived before me and ordered a mean for herself and dunked wings for me, as soon as I arrived I need the ladies, the male security who was on his phone and didn’t look up and me once told me i can’t use the ladies without a slip i then went to my friend to get the slip and when I got back he told me no I couldn’t use the ladies because I’m not the one who bought at KFC i tried to explain to him what was happening needless to say that I was very pressed I went into the ladies and as I was about to sit down he came in a grabbed my arm so violently and the door was open customers who were sitting outside had to intervene when they saw what was happening, there was another Female employee who also Witnessed the whole thing and didn’t say anything, the security went on to say that I can even call the manager if i like there’s nothing that they will do. This is such an unfair treatment and I honestly didn’t deserve this I’ve been a KFC customers for years, I feel as though both the security and the employee who was there owe me an apology
