How can you call it fast food

<p>Wowee I don't know how you can call yourself fast food. We arrived at your Cape Gate branch at 10:55pm. It is 11:39pm currently and we have moved approximately 2 meters. Yet you staff are constantly drinking soda and having fat conversations in the room next to the drive through. One is even eating a cream ball. I have just witnessed 3 cars reverse out the drive through and leave. You guys must really want business. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE. I think it may be time for you to review the management of your establishment because something is clearly not working for you. Just give up your 24 hours lack of service because you don't know how to run it. Disgusting is all I can say. I can't see you being proud of your KFC cape gate branch at all, I personally would be incredibly embarrassed to be associated with it. </p>
