Hour-Long Wait While Others Served First – Very Poor Service

I visited this KFC Jane furse plaza around 6:30 pm and waited almost an hour for my order. What made it more frustrating is that customers who arrived after me received their orders before I did. The store wasn’t even that busy, so the delay and lack of communication from staff was disappointing. By the time my order was ready, I had already lost my appetite. And when I got home I realized that they did not put sauces in my takeaway bag. Customer service and order management really need improvement.
