Horrified by this place

One the other 11th of March i went to this KFC farramere in Benoni. I ordered a fully load box meal and a crunch burger ( not a complicated order) after waiting forever i was giving the bag and had to go back because there was no crunch burger. Then when i got to the burger in the box there was a bun, garnish and sauce, no \patty\"..when i asked for the manager i was look at like i was an idiot then was **** to. When i asked again...\"she is busy\" was the response i got and i was told that he had called her. But when the manager came i was informed that she was in fact not called the first time i asked for her. So now i know the staff is lying to their customers. I could only see 3 people working..with a full drive through and customers in the building...I'm horrified by everything i experienced tonight. This is absolutely unacceptable. Your customers is what keeps your business afloat. So keep them happy and provide the service you are paid for!!"
