You don't deserve a star at all was at KFC Mayibuye in Thembisa and I was horrified that your restaurant can operate and serve people in such a dirty state first food was horrible the crushers awful 😖 couldn't even finish it and what happened next was even worse toilets are dirty in the worst possible state I asked for toilet paper and whole kfc did not have staff gave me hand towel to use instead 💔 😢 after I spend my hard earned money I expect service and if that was not even worse the female toilet was locked with red tape and only toilet available couldn't lock so anyone could push door open while I was still inside it's dirty disgusting and not safe as well because there is no privacy a stranger could come in while am busy. Buy toilet paper hire ppl to clean the store and train staff how to make the food give the recipe that other stores are using 🤔 cause wow it was horrible and disgusting for a restaurant if your toilets are like that how about your kitchen
