Horrific Service

I am so done with kfc vorna valley. 20 minutes wait with three cars infront of me. This is now the third time this happened. When i asked the lady (she says her name is Maggie but for some reason o dont believe her) why the waoting time in drive through is so long with 3 cars onfront of me.. She just looked at me with disgust without answering. I will now order food from another place!
