horrific service at KFC northern drive

<p>I have went to the KFC on Northern Drive Phoenix. Not only is the service horrific!!!!!!! The staff there behave like they need happy meals from Mcdonalds. I have visited KFc on fathers day to get supper for my two children and I cannot believe that a place that is known to sell chicken l, HAD NO CHICKEN.!!!!!!!!The unfriendly lady tells me that they already washed their pots and they will be closing so they have me whatever 'bad' chicken they have to give my kids. So why do you have an advertise and m ot live up to your standards!!!my family have been patrons for years. ...but it seems as though it should come to an end because the staff at kfc think they are doing them a favour in purchasing kfc. I must say the standard of service is ********** and it seems as though your."PRODUCT/CHICKEN" is following the staff attitude and pathetic service if u look at the picture of the ********** picture of what i was served for my kids...dissapppinted!</p>
