Horrific service at KFC Amanzimtoti

KFC amanzimtoti’s service is horrific. Every time I go there the cashiers are always having their own conversations while we waiting to place our order and when they do decided to serve us it’s always with such a bad attitude. But today was the worst. I weren’t to go buy the Tuesday special, I was assisted by a trainee she was extremely slow but I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I saw her Trainee badge. Now as I’m placing my order the rest of the staff are shouting out loud at each other having a joll and making their own conversations, i can’t even hear myself making my order. I then decide to add something to my order which meant the cashier needed a “void”. I waited 5 minutes for the Supervisor whose name is Tracy. When she finally came she didn’t apologize nor even greet me to acknowledge me as a customer, she weren’t to the cashier and asked why they are calling her cause she is busy at the back, mind you she said that with such attitude. I asked the Trainee for the Supervisor’s name. After doing that the whole staff started giving me such attitude including the Supervisor. I am appalled at the horrible service I have received at KFC AMANZIMTOTI time and time again.
