Horrific KFC

I went to KFC njoli in PE last week Saturday where we waited over 45 mins for out order and when I went to inquire , the lady told their screen for orders isn't working so we suppose to pay and go give her our slip so she can prepare our mean. But the cashier didn't tell us that so the wait continued , so while we waiting for our order sitting the same cashier shouts " how do you think you going to hear your order if you sit down ,come stand at the window " in such a rude manner for everyone to hear in the store. The following day I sent an email to KFC complaining about the horrible treatment from the cashier and no follow up was made .I I'm never going back to that KFC they even got my order wrong
