Horrific App

I have just had the most horrific experiance with KFC's online order app, firstly it wouldn't connect for 15 to 20 minutes. when it finaly connected and I was able to confirm my order the purchase was interrupted and my order was never completed. Yet the Money for the Order was deducted from My Account. I went to the store to find out what happenend and was told they could not help me and customer care was the only ones who could help. After a phone call with customer care I am now down the origenal amount and a new amount as I had to purchase another order. Now I have to Wait 7 to 14 Working day's for a refund to be done, for their useless app that cannot work correctly
