Horrid Service KFC Northmead Benoni

On the 28 February 2022 I placed an online order for delivery from KFC Northmead Benoni, I received order confirmation at 05:22pm at 05:45pm when I tried to track my order i wasn't able to when I called KFC Customer Care I was told there was no driver to deliver so the order would be late, later when I called i was informed by the KFC agent as well as the store manager that my order was picked up by KFC's driver and would soon be delivered to me, my sister and my nephew waited for 2 hours outside the house and the driver never came I called KFC Customer Care and KFC Northmead Benoni, the Manager told me the order was picked up and she doesnt know what to do!!!!! I tried till 9pm to contact the Customer Care to no avail the store manager then said they close and 10pm if I can come collect she will have my order ready!!!!!!!! why would i ask for delivery if I must go collect?? I am furious the kids were hungry and my mom and sis are both ill, this isn't the first time this store has stuffed my order!! I called the Customer Care this morning 17 hours later and no one called to apologize a gentle man assisted cause i managed to get a case number!!! My Point isn't about being refunded its about why didn't the driver pitch and why wasn't I informed this is ridiculous!!!! Everyone gives KFC a bad review I always stood in Favor of KFC but after this kind of service I have to rethink about how I review KFC!!! This shows there is no communication between KFC Branches and KFC head Office I am disappointed
