horrid service

I walked into KFC Gonubie on the 06 of march 2016 around 10:20, one lady was ahead of me, she placed her order then took a seat, whoever the rude creature was behind the counter then turned her back to me and flat out ignored me while waiting for this womans order. Then a black lady walks in after I had stood there for 10 minutes waiting, and this thing you call staff turns around and helps her. I will not be going to KFC gonubie again, and my fiance and I are there almost 3 times a week. This is atrocious service and will be made public
