Horrid KFC branch

We arrived to find one person behind service counter. When we decided to order, no one there to take our order. Finally someone came from back of the store to assist - after about 5 - 10 minutes of waiting. Service counter was filthy and upon looking around in the outlet most of the tables were full of patrons who had left their containers and remainder of the tables were very dirty. I brought this to the attention of the person who served us and only then he started clearing away the tables. The food seemed fine but upon eating the burger it was found to be stale. The burger was excessively hard to bite into. My friend ended up with a bad stomach from this and from two in the morning could not hold anything down. This kept on until i gave him some charcoal tablets to absorb germs that were causing this. I am not impressed with the state of franchise, service and the quality of food.
