Horrible Service time and time again

21 July 2023 at 06:37 i called KFC Winkelspruit to place an order since the online option was not opened, my call was answered by the Manager and handed over to the Supervisor to take down my order. Upon placing my order i did mention that i need my order to be ready prompt as i have to take 2 kids to two different schools. Order was placed (2 Brekkie crunch wraps) to pick up prompt at 07h00 as this was lunch for my kids who start school at 07h20. I get to the store at 07h03 and time is ticking away and nothing. With all the staff hiding in the back at the kitchen there was no one to enquire with. I got the attention of the staff and all they say is that its coming. 07h10 still nothing so i raised my voice and the manager Senzo comes out to assist. To my fear the supervisor who took down my order did nothing about it, so whilst im waiting in the store they are busy preparing it. Senzo upsized my meal without my knowledge and added a drumstick and a small fries****erally 7 or 8 fries) of which i never asked for. i only left the store at 07:15 making me late to both my children's schools having to physically go inside the school and excuse them for being late. My kids were both issued with detention. all of this was due to the incompetency of staff who are paid to do a job and fail at it. This is not my first issue with this particular store, there has been many as well in the past. That was the very last day i support KFC Winkelspruit.
