Horrible service. Stupid app

I am furious, kfc is ridiculous. The worst service ever. I ordered on their app, waited for my order and eventually called their call center. They said their was an error on their app so they will refund me in 7- 10 working days. I placed an order because I was hungry... and they couldn't communicate with my closest kfc for my order to be delivered. I must wait 10 business days... wow... and that was my last cash I used to order. Horrible service. I deleted their stupid app same time.
