Horrible service - Order no. 658

I went to KFC Sammy marks square and ordered a Large mash an gravy with extra gravy. I was given a slip and as i was waiting i noticed that the assistant that was calling out numbers for people to get the their food was just playing around i then went to him with my slip to ask for my mash and gravy as i was in a hurry to get back to work and he organised it for me and when the lady in the kitchen was preparing she prepared a large, to my horror the guy then whispered something in her ear and he then took the large mash & gravy that was prepared and poured it into a regular container with the gravy dripping everywhere and gave to me without wiping it or even clearing or asking me first. I then told him that i had ordered a large and he asked Thembi what happened and she was not even interested in hearing what i had to say. out of disgust and frustration i then took the food and left without even being given my till slip back. Not going to buy at KFC Sammy marks again and will definitely not let any of my friends, family and colleagues buy from them either, no customer service at all. Not even sure wether i was charged for a large or regular mash & gravy. Not happy at all
