Horrible Service - KFC Grassy Park

This is by far the worst KFC I have ever come across! The manager I interacted with on two occasions after having a complaint was rude and abrupt! She had an attitude before I even made mention of my complaint. I must confess, after seeing her disgusting behavior, I too got a bit heated. I was just utterly disgusted and disappointed that someone in a Managerial position reacted in the way she did - on two separate occasions!

They are always out of something, whether it be chicken, wings, etc.

The drive-thru waiting time is ridiculous MOST TIMES.

Some of the staff members too, have attitudes.

I can't even mention the amount of times I have had to repeat myself with the specific way I want my food - yet they still don't do it.

For example, I specifically ask more than once for no tomato on my burger, yet when I get to the receiving window I check and the tomato is there! Some times I have even had to drive back to KFC from my home because my order was incorrect!

I am appalled. Something drastic needs to be done by higher management and better s****s/training need to be put into place.
