Horrible service kfc ballito

I had a horrible experience at kfc ballito in kzn this afternoon .

Drove through the drive through, gave the teller my order for a twister zinger meal . Got to pay area , the lady that took my payment was extremly rude when I questioned the cost of my meal after the swipe had been done .

I get to the pick up point only to realise my food was not what I ordered .

I was told to wait in the front. The rain was horrible . So I sat in the car for 30 minutes and none came.

Eventually got called for a work emergency and had to drive off.

Definately will not be visiting this kfc in ballito again .
