Horrible Service from KFC The Ridge Wilgeheuwel

KFC The Ridge Wilgeheuwel - What terrible service we received this evening after purchasing one of their combos. We were told we are not allowed to choose a fair variety of meet as preferred. This is the first time I hear of this..So basically we must accept having only side breasts just because we are not allowed to choose. If I am paying for a service I should be allowed to have a choice. They just lost a customer and a few more I will relate my experience to. The lady who assisted was even horrible and not willing to listen. It's a pity we had already paid. I would have left the order
